  • Senior Resident in several prestigious institutions, including Jaipur Golden Hospital, Moolchand Hospital, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, and Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital.
  • Three-years Senior Residency (Teaching) programme at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He received extensive training in minimally invasive surgery and thoracic surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Arvind Kumar.

  • JPN Apex Trauma Center under the guidance of Dr. M. C. Mishra.

Key Achievements:

  • Upon completion of his residency, he chose to dedicate his career to minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery.
  • He had the privilege of training under the legendary laparoscopic surgeon Dr. Pradeep Chowbey, who became my mentor and played a pivotal role in shaping my professional journey.
  • As an Attending Consultant at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, I worked closely with him for three years, assisting and performing a wide spectrum of advanced laparoscopic procedures. My areas of special interest included bariatric (weight-loss) surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, and minimally invasive procedures for gallbladder disease, appendicitis, and hernias.
  • During his surgical career, he had the honour of treating several distinguished personalities, including Devisingh Ransingh Shekhawat, husband of former President Pratibha Patil, as well as veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha.

  • Since 2012, he has served as a Consultant Surgeon at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, where I strive to provide state-of-the-art surgical care with compassion and precision.

  • Appointed as an Academic Coordinator for running DNB Program in the prestigious Sir Gangaram Institute (2014-till date).

  • To further enhance his expertise, he underwent advanced training in robotic surgery and completed a fellowship in bariatric and colorectal surgery at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

  • He has accomplished fellowships on treatment subjects like piles, herniology, obesity, colorectal, minimal invasive surgery. 

  • In 2025, he also visited Duke Regional Hospital as an observer for its Robotic Hernia Programme.

  • Was invited and delivered lecture on minimally invasive pancreatic surgery on 13 Aug 2026 at Massachusetts Brigham, Harvard,  Boston USA.
